WE ARE HIRING A SALES & MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE

COMPANY DESCRIPTION:
AFRICANOS PROPERTY DEVELOPERS is seeking a motivated individual for the position of Sales & Marketing Representative. The successful candidate will be based at our office in Larnaca and will play a key role in promoting our properties and expanding our client base.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to enquiries from agents and clients
• Arrange and assist in property viewings
• Promote properties effectively across various channels
• Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Maintain regular contact with real estate representatives and associates
• Keep up-to-date with current and upcoming company projects
• Update and manage company’s document management system

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• School, College, or University degree is required
• Minimum of 2 years relevant professional experience
• Willingness to undergo training
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English; knowledge of Russian is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Valid driving license is mandatory
