Dear RIA COURT 63 Purchasers,

It is with great pleasure that we are informing you that the Land registry has issued the title deeds of the individual apartments of RIA COURT 63 (1 Metsovou str.) and we are ready to start the transfer of the individual title deeds into the names of the owners.

Please note that there is a certain procedure to follow with regards to the transfer of the title deeds onto your name(s).

In the first instance you should either visit our office or contact our office on + 357 24 828 000 or send us an email at avgi@livadiotis.com in order to receive all the necessary information that is required and arrange an appointment for the transfer of the title deed at the Land Registry.
