Job Title: SALES CONSULTANT
Reports to: SALES DIRECTOR
Type of position: Full-time

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Acting as the key point of contact between the client and organization, the Sales Consultant will play an important role in ensuring efficient and effective deliverance of the Sales Cycle.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• College/University Degree relevant to the position
• Excellent computer skills
• Fluent in both Greek and English. Any additional language will be considered as advantage

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

• Proven working experience as a sales professional in the real estate or building and construction sectors will be considered an advantage
• Ability to work on a flexible schedule based on the clients/business needs
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Strong ability to create and maintain client and stakeholder relationships
• Strong sales, negotiation techniques and persuasion skills
• Strong problem-solving and creative skills.
• High level personal and professional presentation skills
• Team working skills
• High energy levels and sociability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and project applicable software
• Driving License

DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Organizing and executing client sales visits
• Providing client entertainment
• Ensuring CRM is updated and prepares monthly reports on sales position and performance
• Demonstrating and presenting products
• Develop client presentations, pitch and submit proposals
• Establishing contact and developing strong business relationships with the Key agents
• Identifying new business areas and communicating this via reports to the Sales Director
• Organize Forums, Exhibitions and Trade events to enhance Quality Group brand equity and awareness.
• Reviewing sales performance, researching and analyzing sales options and efficacy of marketing materials, and noting market and industry trends on the ground for strategic use
