Experienced Bookkeepers only

Candidate Responsibilities

Perform day to day accounting/bookkeeping tasks
• Performing bank reconciliations, reconciliations with suppliers and intercompany balances
• Preparation of payroll and recording payroll transactions
• Preparation of quarterly VAT returns
• Performing loan calculations
• Preparation of management reports
• Completion of company administration requirements
• Deal with any other duties relevant to your position
• Liaising with the company’s auditors
• Report to management and the director

Candidate Profile

• University/college graduate degree in Accounting and/or Finance or related field and/or LLCI Higher
• Bookkeeping experience (experience working on off shore companies will be considered a plus)
• Well organized and dedicated to ensure delivery of deadlines
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with colleagues and associates
• Team player with flexibility and willingness to support
• Computer literate – very good knowledge of Windows and Office – Knowledge of Cycom – Sofia accounting software will be considered a strong advantage.
• Fluent in Greek and English
• Experience in Taxation and VAT will be considered a plus
