Νέο Album από τo Συγκρότημα The smallest Creature

Το συγκρότημα The smallest Creature κυκλοφόρησε στις 30 Σεπτεμβρίου 2020 το δεύτερο του Album με τίτλο «Magic Beans».
Το συγκρότημα που επιλέγει το alternative rock αποτελείται από τέσσερα μέλη, από τη Λάρνακα:
Στέφανος Μαρνερίδης (τραγούδι και κιθάρα), Ιάκωβος Στυλιανίδης (ντραμς), Παύλος Παπαδόπουλος (μπάσο) και Ανδρέας Ματθαίου (κιθάρα, φωνητικά).
Με επιρροές από εναλλακτικό ροκ, το συγκρότημα έχει ξεχωρίσει για τις μελωδίες του, το στίχο και τον πλούσιο ήχο.
Το πρώτο άλμπουμ του συγκροτήματος με τίτλο “Million” κυκλοφόρησε πριν από τρία χρόνια και έχει αποσπάσει εξαιρετικά σχόλια και κριτικές εντός και εκτός Κύπρου.
Οι The smallest Creature έχουν πραγματοποιήσει συναυλίες στη Κύπρο και έχουν λάβει μέρος στο Φεστιβάλ «Φέγγαρος» και σε άλλα Φεστιβάλ σε διάφορες πόλεις της Κύπρου.
MAGIC BEANS
To Magic Beans διαστέλλει το στυλ του Million και παρόλο ότι η έμφαση παραμένει στη μελωδία και τη δυναμική του ήχου, εντούτοις ξεχωρίζει ως πιο ώριμο σε ύφος και έκφραση, αλλά και πιο πλούσιο σε παραγωγή. Η επιπρόσθετη lead guitar του Ανδρέα είναι εμφανής, όπως και το χαρακτηριστικό μπάσο του Παύλου, που αντικατέστησε τον Στέφανο Νικολάου από το πρώτο Album.
Ίσως αξίζει να σημειωθεί ότι η μπάντα δεν μπορούσε να ξεχωρίσει ένα κομμάτι σαν lead single, γι αυτό και δεν κυκλοφόρησε single.
To Magic Beans αποτελείται από έντεκα (11) κομμάτια.
Η ηχογράφηση και η παραγωγή έγινε από τον Ανδρέα Ματθαίου στο Hot Soap Studios, στη Λάρνακα.
To Art Design επιμελήθηκε ο Παύλος Παπαδόπουλος.
Tα τραγούδια είναι συνθέσεις του Στέφανου Μαρνερίδη.

New Album by The smallest Creature
The smallest Creature released their long-awaited second album Magic Beans, released on September 30th 2020.
The Larnaca-based band consists of:
Stefanos Marnerides (vocals, guitars)
Iacovos Stylianides (drums)
Pavlos Papadopoulos (bass)
Andreas Mathaiou (guitars, backing vocals)
With influences mainly from alternative rock, the band stands out for their distinctive melodies, raw lyrics and rich sound. Their first album, Million, released about 3 years ago, has received excellent reviews both from within and outside Cyprus.
The smallest Creature have performed in various events and festivals around Cyprus, such as the populal annual festival “Feggaros”.
MAGIC BEANS
The album expands the style of TsC’s first album, and although the emphasis remains on melody and dynamics, Magic Beans stands out as more mature in expression and richer in production. The added lead guitar by Andreas clearly stands out, as well as Pavlos’s distinctive bass sound who replaced former bassist Stephanos Nicolaou.
It’s perhaps noteworthy that the band could not select a lead single track from the collection, and so did not release one as such.
