Kataklysmos Larnaca Offshore Regatta

The annual regatta ΚΑΤΑΚΛΥΣΜΟΣ ΛΑΡΝΑΚΑΣ, organized byPonatha, starts and finishes in Larnaca Marina, collects up to 20 crews. The Bay of Larnaca is interesting for its weather conditions. As a rule, the winds there are strong and start after lunch.
In the first half of the day the wind may be weak, but after lunch it becomes stronger. As a result, the conditions of the race change rapidly, which makes this regatta interesting both from the technical side and from the emotional one.

[RUS] Ежегодная регата ΚΑΤΑΚΛΥΣΜΟΣ ΛΑΡΝΑΚΑΣ, организаторPonatha, стартует и финиширует в Larnaca Marina, собирает до 20 экипажей. Акватория Ларнаки интересна своими погодными условиями. Как правило ветры там сильные и начинаются после обеда.
В первой половине регаты ветра может быть мало, но после обеда он крепчает. В итоге условия гонки меняются кардинально, что делает данную регату интересной как с технической стороны, так и c эмоциональной.
