Mr Pavlos Stavrou has been for long operating in the construction industry. In 1977, he obtained a contractor’s license and in 1982, he established the contracting company of class E with the name Pavlos Stavrou Building Enterprises Ltd, which has been undertaking projects mainly in the area of Larnaca. With almost 40 years of operation, the company’s name has been identified with the construction of high quality buildings, mainly in the residential and commercial sector. In 2010, Mr Pavlos Stavrou son, Giorgos, joined the company and it has been renamed as Giorgos & Pavlos Stavrou (Building Enterprises) Ltd. Through the years, and thanks to the continuous successful efforts of Mr Pavlos Stavrou, the company started undertaking projects of class C. Since 1996, the company has been able to undertake projects of class B. the equipment and infrastructure of the company has been upgraded. The company has made extensive investments in the development of its human potential. With the undertaking and completion of a significant number of construction projects, the company has established its presence in the town and district of Larnaca. Since 1991, Mr Giorgos Stavrou has entered the company, which has marked the increase of the company’s construction activities and the company’s entry in the sectors of industrial structures and the construction / maintenance of oil installations, as well as the undertaking and completion of large construction projects.
At the same time, the efforts to upgrade the services offered by the company have been continued at an intensive rate, while maintaining the elements that have led to the establishment of the company in the construction industry for many years. The company has all the necessary vehicles, plant, equipment and human resources and constantly upgrades them in order to be able to satisfy its client’s needs. Apart from the construction activity, the company has important collaborations with big companies / organizations like the Marfin Laiki Bank and the Cyprus Oil Storage Company, for whom it constructs/upgrades their installations/branches.

During the last 10 years, the company has constructed an abundant number of luxury residences in the town and district of Larnaca, as well as in the Famagusta district. Giorgos and Pavlos Stavrou (Building Enterprises) Ltd has many years’ experience, as well as extensive knowledge in the construction sector. The company maintains high standards to ensure quality and functionality.
Construction of Building Complexes:
The company has constructed a large number of residential and commercial complexes, maintaining high standards of quality and always within Maintenance/Refurbishments and Repairs of Buildings and Installations:
The company is a reliable partner regarding the execution of works on existing buildings and installations. It has a well-trained and experienced workforce, a network of competent and reliable associates and suppliers to provide complete solutions in a wide spectrum within the construction sector.
Construction of Industrial Buildings:
In 2007, the company completed its first industrial building, achieving the targets set by the owners and other stakeholders. The company invests on strategic collaborations in the sector of steel structures with overseas companies and suppliers.
Construction/Maintenance of Oil Installation:
In 2005, the company signed contracts for projects at the installations of the Cyprus Oil Storage Company. Among others, the company has completed the set up of the control room of the facility, the construction and repair of the pipeline and the machinery, both inside the company’s facilities, as well as in the installations of adjacent oil companies. The operators of the facilities are fully satisfied with the quality and performance of the company in the area of safety and health.
