Human Resource Manager:

Are you self motivated with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills? If so, you could be
the Human Resources Officer we are seeking to hire for our ever expanding company. Please

Key Responsibilities:
● Working closely with all departments, assisting Supervisors & Department Heads to
understand and help implement new policies and procedures
● Recruiting staff, which involves developing job descriptions and job specifications,
preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting
appropriate candidates
● Developing and implementing policies, such as performance management, equal
opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management
● Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits for staff
● Negotiating with staff on issues relating to pay and conditions, as well as maintaining
employee records
● Interpreting and advising on employment law as well as dealing with grievances and
implementing disciplinary procedures
● Developing HR planning strategies, which consider immediate and long-term staff
requirements

Qualifications and Skills:
● Bachelor Degree in relevant field
● Strong organisational skills
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
● Excellent use of the English Language (Oral & Written)
● Previous experience in similar position would be considered an advantage
