Εdge Development is a fastest growing real estate companies on the Larnaka market, offering its clients such services, as property sales, development and construction. Εdge Development is willing to enlarge its internal staff and is currently looking for a:

Sales Officer – Larnaka region

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Full management of the sales activities of the company
  • Meeting personal sales targets
  • Meeting office sales targets
  • Motivation of team members and improvement of organizational structure
  • Building the relationships with Agency network and individual clients

 

Requirements for the position:

  • Proficient Greek and English languages, both spoken and written is a must (Additional languages such as Russian, Arabic, Israeli will be considered as advantage)
  • University degree in Marketing, Business or Finance will be considered as advantage
  • Minimum 2 years of successful B2C and B2B sales and marketing experience
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office software
  • Result driven, self-motivated and ambitious team player
  • Have a resilient, positive and friendly attitude
  • Ability to work independently and able to supervise a team of agents
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Solid negotiation, sales, and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
  • Must have work permit for Cyprus
