Tochni, Yoga and music festival

Cyprus Villages LTD in collaboration with the municipality of Tochni, are hosting this year’s Yoga and music festival with a theme of “Life and resonance”.
Participate in activities such as yoga, sound meditation, excursions and piano/jazz concerts.

Accommodation and all activities, excursions and dinners are included in the price.

Program:

2nd November, Friday
1. 5:00-6:30 pm Optional yoga session by Emma
2. Yoga session by Zaur 5:00-6:30 pm
3. Afternoon activity: Sound meditation with sound healers Maria Echo and Frederic Hoffmann
4. 8:30 Evening, dinner along with live piano and jazz music by Savvas Savva.

3rd November, Saturday
1. 7:30-9:00 am yoga in the morning by Zaur at Tochni Tavern Yoga Room
2. 8:30-10:00 am yoga by Emma at the Mill Yoga Room
3. After yoga, Breakfast at Tochni Tavern.
4. 10:30-12:00 am Sound meditation with sound healers Maria Echo and Frederic Hoffmann
5. Lefkara village- Agios Minas, Visit local olive mill and winery tasting
6. 5:30-6:00 pm Sound meditation with sound healers Maria Echo and Frederic Hoffmann
7. 8:00 pm onwards- Night concert with German pianist Sebastian, playing classical music for
the evening
